Terms and Conditions

Services Provided: I, as a professional freelance photographer, will provide photography services to the client as agreed upon in writing or email correspondence. Services may include but are not limited to wedding, lifestyle, and event photography.

Payment: Payment for services rendered will be as agreed upon in writing or email correspondence prior to the photography session/event. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of the session/event. In case of any changes, the client must provide 48 hours notice prior to the event, in writing or by phone, otherwise, the full payment will be due.

Collection Price list Excludes Fuel Fee.

Copyright and Usage: The photographer retains the copyright to all images and reserves the right to use them for promotional purposes. However, the client will be granted a license to use the images for personal purposes. The client may not use the images for commercial purposes without the written consent of the photographer.

Delivery of Images: The final edited images will be delivered to the client within 4-6 weeks of the photography session/event date. The photographer will not be held liable for any delays that are beyond their control, including but not limited to weather conditions or equipment failure. In terms of the online gallery, photos will be available for download for 30 days afterwhich it might be deleted.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be non-refundable. In case of rescheduling, the photographer will try their best to accommodate the client, subject to availability. The client must provide 48 hours notice in writing or by phone for any rescheduling or cancellation. The photographer may cancel the booking for any reason up to 48 hours before the session/event and refund the deposit in full.

Liability: The photographer will not be held liable for any loss or damage to equipment or data, or for any injuries that may occur during the photography session/event. The client will be responsible for ensuring that the location is safe and suitable for the photography session/event.

Image Quality: The photographer will strive to deliver the highest quality images possible. However, due to the nature of photography, the photographer cannot guarantee that all images will be of the same quality.

By hiring the photographer, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
